Britain has struck new agreements with the European Union on boosting defense cooperation, easing food trade and border checks.

Britain and the European Union have agreed to a landmark deal aimed at “resetting” their post-Brexit relationship, easing restrictions on travel and work for hundreds of millions of people on the continent.

The agreement includes a new defense partnership and reduced border checks on food and drink, removing some trade barriers after months of negotiations.
