Brian Walshe's defense lawyers will be able to present their theory of the case to the jury during closing arguments on Friday.

Closing arguments took place on Thursday in the weekslong trial of the former St. Clare's employees fighting to get their pensions back.

Closing arguments are underway in the trial of former New York governor aide Linda Sun and her husband, Christopher Hu. Sun is accused of using her position to get kickbacks for her family in a PPE fraud scheme and failing to register as a foreign agent while providing information to China.

The current run is reminiscent of last season when the Dolphins went 6-2 after starting 2-6, but after an upset win of the L.A. Rams in a Monday night game, the other five victories came against teams that finishe 6-11, 5-12, 4-13, 4-13 and 3-14.

Closing arguments were submitted this week in a rate case that could raise residential electricity charges next year.
