Peoria Police have identified the man as 46-year-old Mario Franco of El Mirage after the shooting at Deli Sports Bar near the Loop 101 Agua Fria Freeway and Peoria Avenue.

Mesa Public Schools is allowing a high school senior to wear her Army National Guard stole at graduation after initially telling her it violated district policy. Tom Powell reports.
