Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is pushing for billions of dollars of new funding to modernize the nation's air traffic control system, following fatal collisions and repeated outages.

Beginning in the 2026-2027 school year, SOL tests will count for 10% of the final grade for students in grades 7-12. Currently, these assessments do not impact student grades.
