    1. Open Google Calendar and click Create Event.

    2. Add event details such as the date, time, and description.

    3. Add guests who will fully participate in the meeting. These participants can be seen, heard, and share their screens.

    4. Next to Join with Google Meet, click the Down arrow and select Add live stream.

    5. Click Save and then Send to notify participants.

    Starting the Live Stream During the Meeting

    1. Join the meeting as the host.

    2. At the bottom right, click Activities and select Live Streaming.

    3. Choose Stream internally or the appropriate option based on your organization's settings.

    4. Click Start Streaming and confirm your choice. A "Live" indicator will appear at the top left of the screen.

    Sharing the Live Stream Link

    1. Copy the live stream link provided in the meeting details.

    2. Share the link with viewers who will watch the stream. Note that viewers with the link can only watch and cannot participate or control the stream.
