If your Windows key is disabled or locked, you can re-enable it using keyboard shortcuts, hardware keys, or system settings.

Method 1: Using Keyboard Shortcuts

1. Press Fn + F6 to toggle the Windows key on or off.

2. If available, press Fn + Windows key to re-enable the Windows key.

Method 2: Using the Win Lock Key (Gaming Keyboards)

1. Locate the Win Lock key on your keyboard.

2. Press the Win Lock key to toggle the Windows key back on.

Method 3: Disabling Filter Keys

1. Click Start and select Settings.

2. Go to Ease of Access and select Keyboard.

Method 4: Editing the Registry

1. Press Windows + R, type regedit, and press Enter.

2. Navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced.

3. Right-click Advanced, select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value.

4. Name it DisabledHotkeys and set its value to 1.
