  1. Stack (Java Platform SE 8 ) - Oracle

    The Stack class represents a last-in-first-out (LIFO) stack of objects. It extends class Vector with five operations that allow a vector to be treated as a stack.

    https://docs.oracle.com/.../8/docs/api/java/util/Stack.html
    1. Import the java.util.Stack package to use the Stack class.

    2. Create a Stack object using the syntax: Stack<Type> stack = new Stack<>(); Replace Type with the desired data type (e.g., Integer, String).

    3. Use the push() method to add elements to the stack. Example: stack.push(10);

    4. Use the pop() method to remove and retrieve the top element from the stack. Example: int topElement = stack.pop();

    5. Use the peek() method to view the top element without removing it. Example: int topElement = stack.peek();

    6. Use the empty() method to check if the stack is empty. Example: boolean isEmpty = stack.empty();

    7. Use the search() method to find the position of an element in the stack (1-based index). Example: int position = stack.search(10);

    Additional Notes:

    • The Stack class follows the Last In, First Out (LIFO) principle.

    • For better performance in single-threaded environments, consider using ArrayDeque instead of Stack.
