    1. Log in to Workday using your credentials.

    2. On the Home screen, click on Learning Admin from the list of available apps.

    3. Use the Create Menu to develop learning content: Select Lesson for standalone content like videos or documents. Choose Course for digital or blended learning (e.g., webinars or in-person training). Opt for Program to bundle lessons and courses into a single package. Use Course Offerings to schedule instructor-led or blended courses with details like location and time. Create Topics to categorize and organize learning materials.

    4. To manage existing content, use the Management Menu: View and edit Topics. Schedule offerings for blended courses. Search and update content via Manage Learning Content. Handle Waitlisted courses. Define or edit Prerequisite Rules for course enrollment. Set or modify Equivalency Rules to mark courses as equivalent.

    5. For mass enrollment: Select the MC Learning-Find Workers for Learning Admin Enrollment task. Use the search bar to locate employees or filter by categories. Check the box next to the worker(s) you want to enroll. Click Enroll and select the desired learning content. Indicate if the content is required and set a due date or duration if applicable. Click OK and Done to finalize.

    6. To track learning progress, access the Learning Reports Menu: Use the Learner Engagement Worklet to view course engagement. Check the Learning by Length of Service Worklet for enrollment data based on tenure.

    7. Customize learning experiences by integrating third-party content or automating workflows to streamline administrative tasks.
